What is iVirtual?
iVirtual is a video based virtual interview program that allows employers to prescreen candidates from the web. This virtual interview program allows a candidate to answer questions set for an industry and category; employers can also set their own questions, at the time of posting their jobs in iVirtual.
An iVirtual Session is a pre-recorded video interview of the candidate. Once the candidate completes an iVirtual Session, it is automatically posted online. Hiring companies can then review the candidate's iVirtual Session, which gives a complete 360o view of the candidate. If the interviewer wishes to have another round of interview with the candidate, they can set up the next round of virtual interview or request for a face-to-face interview, within the iVirtual application.
